2002 Lincoln Continental
The luxurious new 2002 Lincoln Continental Sedan is a tribute to smooth rides,
understated power, and creature comforts. It delivers comfort, technology in a
stylish, full-size package. Packed with advance technology, computer electronics
are applied to nearly every facet of the driving experience.

An optional Memory Profile System allows two drivers to personalize settings
for eleven features. The sophisticated four-door Lincoln Continental Sedan package
includes standards like upscale leather seating, power windows, dual power outside
mirrors, and power door locks. It does have the keyless entry system and a theft
deterrent system so your mind can rest easy while you're away from the vehicle.
A passive anti-theft system depends on matching an encoded radio frequency between
the key and the ignition. This system is designed to help prevent the engine from
being started unless a coded key programmed to your vehicle is used. Its standard
perimeter alarm system automatically arms after the key is removed from the ignition
and sounds the alarm if an unauthorized attempt is made to enter the vehicle.
It's capable of generating 72 quadrillion codes, making it virtually impossible
to be beaten by the most persistent bad guy.
It does have a powerful 4.6-litre, 32-valve, eight-cylinder engine that churns
out 275 lbs-ft of torque and 275 horsepower, includes a dual overhead camshaft,
sequential port fuel injection system, and four-speed automatic transmission.
It takes off like a rocket, but you'll never feel it because the noise and vibration
from the engine is almost imperceptible in the cabin. For safe and confident riding,
the 2002 Lincoln Continental Sedan packs with traction control, ABS brakes, and
child safety locks in the rear. Other safety measures include a driver de-powered
air bag, passenger de-powered air bag, side impact air bags, and front head restraints
